A fan of online shopping? Never worry about your packages with our Amazon Hub Locker, located on the second floor right next to the kitchen. Whether the package is from Amazon, UPS, or any other delivery service carrier, your package will be placed in the Amazon Hub Locker, and you will receive an email with a code to pick up your package once it arrives! The Amazon Hub Locker is accessible in the first floor lobby 24/7 to pick up your package anytime for your convenience.

Communal Bathrooms
Each floor has 7-10 individual-use bathrooms to be shared by its respective residents. These include a shower, toilet, sink, and mirror and are cleaned daily by our maintenance staff. If you find that a restroom is dirty or unusable, you can submit a work order through your ResidentPortal!

Come enjoy our study space rooms and communal kitchen, equipped with a FLOWATER Purification Machine, two microwaves, two electric stoves and a stainless-steel fridge with an icemaker.

Spectra Southside is located in the center of the UC Berkeley student experience nearby multiple areas of the East Bay that students frequently habit. Right on the historic Telegraph Ave, Spectra Southside is nearby Durant Food Court, each of the campus housing units, as well as People’s Park and Willard Park. Less than a block away from Sproul Plaza, many students pass by Spectra Southside on their way to campus, where you can grab local favorites like Yogurt Park or Abe’s Pizza before class.
