The Amazon Hub Locker is accessible in the first floor lobby 24/7 to pick up your package anytime for your convenience.

Each floor has 8 individual-use bathrooms to be shared by its respective residents. These include a shower, toilet, sink, and mirror and are cleaned daily by our maintenance staff. If you find that a restroom is dirty or unusable, you can submit a work order through your ResidentPortal!

Right on the historic Telegraph Ave, Spectra Southside is nearby Durant Food Court, each of the campus housing units, as well as People’s Park and Willard Park. Less than a block away from Sproul Plaza, many students pass by Spectra Southside on their way to campus, where you can grab local favorites like Yogurt Park or Abe’s Pizza before class.
